Terms and Conditions
Order Timing: Orders placed after the cut-off time will be picked up on the next business day.
Special Orders: Special orders placed by phone or online are non-refundable. Service charges must be paid upfront.
Order Cancellations:
Orders cancelled within 10 minutes of placement will not be charged.
Orders cancelled after 10 minutes will be charged the full service rate, including all taxes and additional charges.
Delivery Delays: Sameday Express is not responsible for any direct or indirect consequences resulting from a failure to deliver a shipment by the stipulated time. Upon request, we may, at our discretion, refund or credit a customer if a guaranteed shipment is not delivered according to the applicable service guarantee (see “Service Guarantees”).
Lost or Damaged Packages:
Liability for lost or damaged packages is limited to a maximum of $100.00
Additional insurance can be purchased at 3% of the declared value, charged upfront.
Packaging must follow industry-standard guidelines.
The declared value of each shipment cannot exceed $5,000.
Past Due Invoices: Invoices exceeding 7 days past due will be automatically charged to the card on file.

Annulation :

Après 10 minutes → tarif complet + taxes et frais
Retard de livraison : Sameday Express n’est pas responsable des retards. Nous pouvons offrir un remboursement ou un crédit si la livraison garantie n’est pas respectée.
Colis perdus ou endommagés :
Couverture maximale : 100 $
Assurance supplémentaire : 3 % de la valeur déclarée (max 5 000 $)
